We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Cookies
The Google Analytics tag loads on every page in Google's "consent mode" with all storage denied: until you click "Accept analytics" it sets no cookies and sends only anonymous, cookieless pings (no user or session identifiers). Analytics cookies are set only if you accept. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage key stratos_consent_v1) so we do not ask again. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer, or by clearing your browser storage.

Our product demos (PetroSphere, the Digital Twin network) load map tiles, fonts and scripts from third parties such as Mapbox, Google Fonts and CDN providers. Those providers receive your IP address when the resources load.
Who we share data with
- GoDaddy — hosts this website and processes server logs.
- Google — Google Workspace handles our email; Google Analytics processes usage data if you consent. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Stratos has offices in Singapore, Dublin and New York, so data you send us may be accessed from those locations. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email contact@stratos-strategy.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are in the EU you can complain to your local supervisory authority — for Ireland, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). If you are in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Commission (pdpc.gov.sg). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and delivered to our mailbox; we do not store them in a database on the web server. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal data through the website.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
